the creator and host of Mimi Soleil. As a former school teacher with over 15 years of experience, and a parent raising two bilingual children, I know how important it is to provide young children with a playful and supportive environment for learning French.

At Mimi Soleil, interactive videos, songs, and playful activities transform each learning moment into fun. Inspired by positive education principles and speech therapy techniques, our content encourages children to speak, participate, and enjoy discovering French at their own pace.

Marie appears in every video, performing the musical moments children love. She sings traditional French nursery rhymes as well as original songs created for Mimi Soleil.
Her musical presence stimulates memory, rhythm, and joy, supporting language learning through melody and playful engagement.

Lulu

Lulu is a bright, curious, and playful puppet who appears in each video to make children feel comfortable and excited about learning. Lulu asks questions, reacts, and participates in activities—helping children understand it’s okay to try, repeat, explore, and laugh while learning French.
